Rest day . . . . and I'm bored!

Rest day has coincided with working away from home and this has lead to a major case of boredom.

I've done my core exercises, squats, lunges and planks and still I'm bored. Might have to do some press ups I think.

Looking forward to getting home and getting stuck into W8R2 tomorrow.

you never need to be bored with C25K, on my rest days, at least from running I also do some cycling, yoga, planks, press ups and sit ups, I also twice a week have a 20 minute session with 5 kilo kettlebells, I think that gives me core strength to help me with my running. Today I started with run 1 of week 8 and that run went OK perhaps those other exercises I do help me with my runs.
