Week 5, run 1

Disaster!! Technology related thankfully and not running related! I always listen to my I tunes when running and just have it on shuffle..on today’s run I was told to start my final 5 minute run. Was feeling ok and started to run and I kept on running...no half way through warning...no 1 minute left warning...my app had stopped working! When I took my phone out of my pocket it had stalled and said I was just starting my final run!! I was exhausted! I think it was because my I tunes decided to play a random video and this stopped the app from working? Anyone had this before?

Mine stalled during week 2 run 2 for no apparent reason - I was listening to Ken Bruce on iplayer radio at the time. It hasn’t happened since, thankfully.

Oh yes, I had that happen in W3R3, although mine appeared to be caused by having the audacity to take a photo. I just started it again and did the first run again, and walked home, letting the app play itself to the end.
