That was so much better than my other runs. I would even go so far as to say easier. Apart from the last 5 mins where I could have so easily stopped, but didn’t!!
The first photo is my first run, 2.8k in 46 minutes. The 2nd is today, 3.1k in 25 minutes.
Proof if needed this programme works.
I’m feeling quite happy. Who woulda thought I could run for 25 minutes non stop!!

Well done! I've completed run 2 for week 7 this morning, and managed 3k exactly. It still feels a bit surreal that I can actually jog for 25 minutes continuously!
Thank you. I know, when I think back to W1 there was no way I thought I would be able to do this. Now the end is in sight I feel excited rather than scared 😁
