Did C25K a couple of years ago,completed the course and loved it, then had to stop because of knee problems. Back to it lately, and did the first week 8 run this morning, felt OK at the end so went for the full 30 minutes. Got home and downloaded the run from my Garmin (first time I've used it since re-starting running) and was very dispirited by the time and distance. Then realised that I had reset the device to miles rather than kilometres because I've been using it for cycling! Hooray! A little slower than before, but only a little, and I can see my way to the full 5K over the next couple of weeks. Brilliant programme, feel so good.
