Dear all

I had 22 hours working day yesterday (left house at 4 am to catch flight and back. 2 am ) , but was determined to do my run as per schedule .

So morning with lots of motivation I dragged my body to run . I was nervous but at the same time I was assuring myself I will go as slow as possible but will not stop before 20 Mins .

So I went at snail pace (I am sure if I want I can walk a km less than 11 min a km ) and did my run at 11:11 min a km .

But I did it 😊😊😊

Looking forward for week 6 😊

Thanks a lot to everyone for supporting me

That’s dedication par excellence- good for you. 😃

Speed is irrelevant, ( unless you are competing with Mo??) 😀
