I feel like doing W9R3 now. I am still on W3R1. It is so slow and taking so long and week 9 is far away. Any tips to enjoy the process other than ‘hang in there!’.

Patience. The program is designed to help you body adapt, even though the mind thinks differently your body needs the time. One of the things that you have to get used to is what to do with your mind while you run. I have seen many people give up because of this issue. As you progress and run for longer it becomes more important to occupy your mind. For me it is a thinking time a relaxing time and a destressing time, I do this with some of my favourite tunes. I look forward to new playlists and that help me keep runs new. for some it is time to catchup up with a podcast and radio programs, some have audio books, some just love plain silence. Also think about taking your run to a different place that helps as well.
