Lower leg aches!!

Wk 1 run 3 completed 😀. I have found though that my calves, ankles and shins ache a lot. Had knee surgery twice some years ago, don’t know if it’s that, or does everyone experience the same???

At the start of C25K our bodies complain in all manner of ways,normal aches and pains... :)

Also, try to land lightly... I call it, kissing the ground with your feet.. sounds daft, but it works... thinking of reducing the way we do tend to thump down in the first weeks!

Thank you OF. Read up from your links, great info all round. Took a 2 day break and just finished Wk2 R1. Feel great - taped knee helped as well!
