Completed w9 but when does it get easier!! ;-)

Completed w9 a few weeks back and 3 Park runs done but still finding running for 30-40 mins a struggle and feel I’ve plateaued. Plus my legs hurt... a lot. Am runnin every other day. Any tips on strengthen leg muscles and increasing stamina/speed?? Thanks guys :-)

If you feel like you’ve plateaued with your training at this distance, you should probably try building up to run further. Maybe aim for a 10k? There are plenty of training guides to build you up to a 10k. Plus, getting more miles under your feet will make those 30-40 minute runs seem short and, therefore, easier!

Ok thanks I am aiming to get to 10k... I was thinking next year but maybe no time like the present!!!!
