This is my third Couch to 5k.....I’ve reached the goal twice....and then stopped. So I’m starting again and hopefully sustain it this time.

I’ve just completed wk2r1. ‘Just’ being the case. It’s shocking how quickly I lose it having reached a certain age...

So.....looking forward to Thursday on this brilliant programme.

Welcome back, glad to have you along for the run. So, if you've done this all before hopefully you have the confidence to know that you can do it. You just have to convince your legs ?!

Good luck, keep posting, it will be interesting to hear how quickly you get your runners legs back.

Thank you :-)

It's the breathing!

That will come. This is my 1st c25k, but I am returning to running after a 4 year break. The breathing came back and the runners legs (yippee!) and the red face (lol). I've only got 4 more runs until I graduate. I feel so much more fitter, stronger, happier and confident than in week 1.
