I'm just back from my first run for 10 days. I've been on holiday and I didn't take the trainers. I was apprehensive about how it would go today as my last run was week 6 run 1 so I decided to go off piste and just see how far round the usual route I could get so instead of Sarah I downloaded map my run and went solo. I was quite chuffed to see that I ran for 22 minutes and it wasn't horrendous! Back to the programme on Thursday and think i will repeat week 6 run 1......!?!

I didn't go off-piste until W6R3 (so no walk breaks any more). But I'm loving the slightly-naughty sense of liberation. Tho my legs decided to sulk this morning. They have had a stern talking to and are repentant....
It did feel good 👍 Though I will be good and get back on the programme....for now! 😉
