It seems to be taking a while to get easier but I think I’m running slightly faster each run and so feel just as spent.

Now I’m sifting through “Annie Mac- House every weekend” on Spotify for my next run.

Not to everyones taste but there is some good stuff in there.

That's great. It's really good when you feel like you're making progress.

Annie is such a legend. I like running to big dance tunes, really pulls me through at times 👍

Welcome to the forum and well done on getting started.

No need to get faster with every run. In fact you will have to pace yourself as runs get longer. C25K is about building stamina, not speed, as explained in the guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

I thought I’d sneaked in without you noticing I’m a newbie.

I guess I will find my natural pace to match the time spent running but as you say the time should be the variable
