After an awful week 4 struggling with every run, I really doubted myself. Just completed W5 R1 in the lovely cool rain, loved every minute of it, felt fantastic, on an absolute high! It is true what all you lovely people say, faith over fear every time. Keep running peeps! 😊🏃🏻‍♀️
