On a damp drizzly but warm morning I ran my 25 mins, not quickly, not prettily and definitely not easy. I honestly cannot say I have found any of the runs easy, but I have done them all and moved onto the next. ‘Slow & steady’ on repeat in my head gets me through it. And I will keep on doing it to the end. Then, I’m hoping, that ‘end’ will be a new beginning.

Well done! Yeah I don't think it actually gets easier tbh! Just done week 6 run 3 and I'm still running! Tough but plodding along. Congratulations on your run!
