That was good!. Did some yoga type groin stretches before my run this evening and I had no problems with the extra 30 sec runs . It was a gorgeous evening to and it was nice to run in shorts and t shirt for the first time. My lovely wife bought me some nice running shoes today as I’ve been doing week 1 in my mountain bike shoes and it felt like running on sponges which was nice but a bit weird at the same time!. Good luck wife on your week 9 run xxxxx
