Update on forum security

We have been having an issue of a rogue member who has been personal messaging members and being a bit of a nuisance. We take this issue very seriously and as they were making numerous accounts and deleting old ones it was very hard to get a handle on the situation. This person has now been banned from the site now we have got to the bottom of all the changing identities.

As said before we can not see your personal messages which is why it is very important that they are reported. Healthunlocked will never disclose to the perpetrator who has reported them. If you message an admin we will deal with your complaint in confidence among the administrators.

We do need to discuss the problem among ourselves so each and every administrator can look out for problems across the forum. More eyes means a safer environment for everyone.

Here is the safe guards and guidelines for reporting such behaviour. I would say if in doubt when it comes to personal messages please report, especially when we are trying to deal with a person who is being a bit tricky, it helps us and other members by getting this person off the forum.
