Good morning/afternoon/evening, wherever y'all are! I told you I wouldn't go too far :). I'm up to 45 minutes on the elliptical 4 times a week and burning between 350 - 450 calories per session. The real difference is in how my knees feel - I was completely gob-smacked to find myself bounding up the stairs here at work. Usually, I'd be grasping the handrail for dear life and cursing myself for not using the elevator.
I'm going to give the elliptical another week or so, then go back to running. I hope you're all doing well!
