Don’t get down hearted. Apparently fitness doesn’t decline for a good 2 weeks. Think of it as a rest break 😂 Get well soon 💪🏽

Oh that's horrid, poor you. Rest it is for you then, until it goes. But don't worry, you will be able to pick up where you left off. Hope you feel better soon.

Went to doctor on Friday said it’s the crystals in my left ear and gave me some tablets for the sickness which has helped x

Hope it sorts soon😉

Ooh, well the only upside I can think is that you have a very good excuse for avoiding any type of hill...

On a serious note, you won’t lose much fitness if you’re back soon - 2 weeks is when the fitness levels drop, so hopefully you’ll be back out there soon.

Best of luck and hope you’re better soon
