Shin splints

Ok so week 4 was just started today and my shins hurt at the end and are agony now - they feel really inflamed. I had this the first time I did it but it went away in a few weeks.

Does anyone have any tips (bar lose weight!) for stretching or what to do? It’s very sore 😕

Have you read the guide to the plan? healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

It is full of tips and links.
