It was poignant and funny and angry and realistic and hopeful. Part of it was about ideas of being fat and healthy and as I listened to her talking about this nice app she'd been using- one which told her 'well done!'- and about going from looking at joggers thinking 'why are they doing that to themselves?!' to jogging herself and thinking 'this feels great!'- I thought well blow me down, she'sdone C25K! So afterwards I asked her and yes, she's part of the Family!
