Wk 5- A week worth repeating

So up till this point, whenever I had to repeat a week it would bum me out. But Wk 5 was a totally different story. When I didn't complete all 3 runs I was actually looking forward to repeating the week. I guess it was because this is the first week that has more variety of runs and is genuinely challenging. So after repeating this week about 6 times I've decided it's time to move on. Not because I got bored but because I didn't want to become complacent. So here's to Wk 6. Hope it's as exciting.

Wow that is a lot of repetition..........probably totally unnecessary!

Look out for W6R1........many find it tougher than W5R3.

Positive and slow.

Brilliantly done, well done you on moving on. A challenge met was a good challenge set.
