Ok so completed Day 2 of week 1, I’m actually enjoying this!! My legs ache so bad! But looking forward to Friday already!

Have a good run Friday Andrea ! Its a good idea to do some gentle stretches after your warm down walk while your muscles are still warm, which will help with the aching legs.

Just nice, slow, steady running...

What Bluebirdrunner said... Plus if they keep aching for a good while afterwards, try hot shower or bath right after the run and keeping them good and warm after that. (If I've upped my distance or had a faster run than usual, I stick a pair of leggings on under whatever trousers I'm wearing, extra heat and the compression seem to work v. nicely). :)
