I've just done run 3 of week 8 and the second half of the run was a killer. Really bad pain in my hip. This was my second outdoor run. Wondering if I should go back to treadmill running for a while? Thanks In advance.

You need only go very, very slowly. Maybe,

As new runners we get all sorts of strange niggles in ankles, hips, knees, etc. They seem to fade as we strengthen but it’s a reminder to go steady 🙂👍
