Graduate! Now to keep going without Michael J :-(

So I finished couch to 5K on Monday! But feeling a bit flat as I now have to continue to do this by myself, although I do have my husband to go running with... Can anyone recommend another app that will get me to 10 K?

thanks have just downloaded it ... will try it out soon! going to do 30 mins today just to prove i can do it on my own with no one in my ear!!

thanks I read the tips previously and tried some of them out.....did my first 34 mins (approx 5 K as my pace is snail-like!) without the plan or music - ran with my husband and tried a diff route as you suggested and felt really good! first pleasant run I have had in 2 weeks... hope to feel the same again today!
