Yay I graduated today 😁 on International Woman's day as well! Completed in the 9 weeks also 2 of those weeks were in Cape Verde while on holiday. Feel very proud of myself I'm 53 and have never been a runner, achieving this is amazing especially when i could barely run 60 secs in the first week! Go me 💪🏃

Posted the above last Thursday almost one week on and I'm still running...I'm now using Laura's podcasts, I like the structure of having someone talking in my ear encouraging me along! Ive definitely got the running bug!! Going to consolidate for another couple of weeks then start doing Parkrun 😉
