So after posting on Tuesday that my W7R3 was my hardest yet, I said I was determined to start W8 on Thursday. I did start it but bailed at 10 minutes of running 😢 I just felt awful. I tried again tonight after work and completed the 28 minute run. Well slow jog but it felt great. I’m back on the train 😀

Well done for keeping going. Sometimes you just get days when if feel's. Tough after 10min if you just keep.breathing it normally sorts itself.out. well.done for getting back to it and smashing 28 min

Well done you! I think a lot of the time it's in our heads that we can't do things. Just think in two weeks time you will graduate. Want a fantastic achievement!

Well done you for not giving in. A slow jog IS a run! See any of Oldfloss’s posts. No matter how slow it seems to you, it’s still running and it’s building strength and stamina. I know I run incredibly slowly but I enjoy seeing the birds, looking at the natural world around me and being glad I’m out in it. Give yourself credit for having got so far and stick at it. All the best.
