I’ve now completed W9R2 (YAY! So close!) and have only now developed an issue; blisters.
I noticed a slight rub on my right foot a few days ago but today both feet rubbed on my arch at the bottom of my big toe (slightly behind where you’d get a bunion).
I havent changed the ground I’m running on, my socks, or my shoes. I’ve been wearing the same rubbing (edit: LOL running 😂) shoes since I started dabbling last April so I don’t think I have done enough mileage for it to have affected the shape that much?
Any thoughts?

Do you wear running socks? These have no seams and cushioning in specific places. Quite reasonable price at chain sports stores.
Have you had a gait analysis and are using appropriate running shoes? As you begin to run longer/ further you will find you need extra room in run shoes when you get hot feet. My running shoes are a size and half bigger than my normal shoes.
Yes I wear running socks - I realised a few weeks in that they were advisable.
I bought my shoes from an Asics outlet with advise from staff but haven’t had gait analysis so maybe I need to get that done and treat myself to some new one to celebrate my impending graduation.
