So pleased to get through this 25 minute run after the break due to the weather. My last 2 runs were both one week apart on a treadmill which I didn’t enjoy nearly as much as being outdoors. It’s all to do with the head but I’m feeling really confident that I’ll be able to get to the end of the programme - I should just get to week 9 on my 50th birthday. What an achievement that will be!!

What a birthday gift to yourself... mine was an early Christmas gift to myself in 2015 :)

You are doing brilliantly:)

Thanks, I love the programme and look forward to each run even if I’m nervous I might struggle but so far no problems at all 😀

That would be epic! Don't punish yourself if you need to do a practice run or two though.
