First post grad run

Very disappointed tried to run outside but had to give up too much slush was sliding everywhere. Done 5 k on treadmill in gym not the same but it’s a run

5k is 5k so well done for that.

It's a bit difficult outside for everyone at the moment so not a good start for you.

You'll soon get used to it and with the spring coming and longer days I'm sure you'll enjoy your outside runs. (use of the word 'enjoy' to be read as relative to your current experience!)

You did the sensible thing with the slush, no point in breaking something. Fingers crossed you can go outside again soon with nicer weather
