W4R1 - Was dreading this

Week 3 was a struggle as it is, so when I seen I would be doing 3 minutes running then ONLY getting a minute and a half to recharge before running 5 minutes TWICE I was dreading this week!

All I can say is it's not so bad, 5 minutes isn't much more exertion than 3 minutes. The last run was tough but I wasn't close to stopping or anything like that.

Have just been running up and down one long lane in my local park, once I get onto week 5 I'll start going for a scenic run because i'll actually be running some distance :)

Well done , just take it one step at a time,I found it easier if I ignored the times as much as possible if that makes sense.
