I struggled today even though the weather was lovely.
The break because of snow made it hard today.
I am on W8R2 and I thought the first half was never going to end.
But I'm still looking forward to Wednesday and really missed my Parkrun on Saturday.
Many folk are experiencing after-snow legs...just take it gently.. relax in the lovely long run..

This is exactly what I came on here to post! Glad it's not just me - I was feeling pretty disappointed in myself when I tried Wk8 r1 at the weekend and could hardly manage 5 minutes before I wanted to stop.
Snap! I did W9 R1 today and was so full of energy from 8 days off I sped off WAY too fast and really struggled midway through.
