You shouldn't really feel sore, a bit stiff maybe but not in pain. Are you stretching after your runs? Very important to do that...
Stiff in the mornings but it soon goes. As I do long shifts I sometimes do consecutive days then a break for 3 only way I can fit it in. Yes need to stretch more
Well maybe that's the problem- Rest days are essential at this point in the running development and not to be missed!
Just to add - no need to fit in runs on consecutive days because each "week" can take you more than 7 days to do and the plan can take you more than 9 weeks. Better that than you add a few months due to injury! 'Rest' days are part of your training as your body repairs.
I did at least three days off between most of my runs, graduated, still running

If you have done very little exercise for a very long time, the body will complain. Some sore and stiffness is normal but we always say to get any body niggles assessed as its very difficult to tell from a few words how serious it is.

Please read the guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5... which explains, amongst other things, why you do not run on consecutive days.
The advice is based on firm science, so please do take it on board.
Take care.
