Am back!

Graduated in Nov - yay!

Injured in Dec - boo! So...after 4 weeks of not running, I started back with week 5 and I was apprehensive and scared of injury - blah blah. But it was so good to be out there again. I have also bought a foam roller (which I must admit I scoffed at) and it has been revolutionary. My whole family have been rolling each other 😜
