Just wanted to let all those who replied to my “too old to run” query- I did my first run on the couch to 5k course tonight ! Lovely group of people, mixed ages and supportive mentors. Very cold out on the seafront but quite warm at the end and looking forward to seeing them all next week. Thanks again for all the encouragement, off to get recommended trainers and a high viz bib tomorrow .......🏃‍♀️😀

well done! Not easy, when it's cold and uninviting out there. You've done the hard bit and can look forward to completing the programme. Slow and steady is the way to go
