Tested my leg by going back and doing week 3. It went really well no sign of injury and I was amazed at how much stamina I retained. I stretched the final three minute run out to six minutes. I think I will start plan again at week four. Such a lift being able to get out for a run again!

Always take it nice and easy coming back from injury, otherwise they recur all too easily.
