After finishing the programme I kept myself going and mixed it up with the c25k plus podcasts as well as my own random runs. O fell back a little bit due to a foot injury but I'm glad to have hit 500km before year end. If there is one thing I have learn is that consistency is key and a measureable goal is a great motivator. I'd been tracking all my runs using Runtastic and when I fell back that gave me reason to push myself.
Looking forward to even more in the coming years
