I found them! Week 7 Run 3

Unless I picked up someone else's, I found my running legs today and it was marvelous!

And then I had this song to welcome me across the finish line for my warm-down

I don't know if it was because I ate later after going ice skating last night or I had really good songs lined up or if my stamina has finally just got up to scratch but everything just fell into into place today and I felt unstoppable. So much so, I went for an extra minute a little faster, just to see if I could. (I could. And could have done more, but I stopped as I am at the mercy of this program).
