Lovely bright but chilly day. Eventually ready to go for a run only to find that eldest daughter needed collecting soon so I d have to cut the run short. Managed a nice 20 minutes and nearly 3k so all adds to the leg bank. Lovely to be outside to run again before back to more indoor training during the week. Look forward to next Saturday and able to do my 2nd park run as I’m not at work 😊🏃♀️

Lovely ..it sounds just fine.. I got in a lovely 4K today too... it was sunny but chilly here by the coast!
