3k walk

It's a non-run day today as out yesterday so we went for a walk with the dog.

Lovely bracing morning and we only had time for 3k walk. Can't believe that I can easily run this distance and can now run 5k. Doesn't seem possible!

Same here, Carolyn – rest day for me too, but so beautiful and sunny so got out for a lovely walk in my local park and woods. Sun was SO warm for November. Felt envious for the runners out there today!

Happy Sunday. I will be running in the dark first thing tomorrow! (Timings all wrong, wish I had been able to run today!)
