Still here just a bit quiet

Haven’t posted for a bit but still jogging along! Just finished w3 r3. Really loving the running but am not very good at regulating my breath, I feel like I’m holding my breath when I count and then expel more than I’ve taken in. I know what I’m doing but don’t know how to change it. Love reading all your achievements and challenge, that really is such a motivation

Am on W5 now. I found it useful to actually not focus too much on my breath unless I start breathing heavily. That way I was comfortable with my breathing. Still donno if I am regulating my breathing correctly, but so long as I am not struggling, I must be doing something right is my philosophy so far

And if and when I find myself going out of breath or breathing heavily, I take a couple of deep breaths and exhale heavily and it usually does the trick for me

Don't count; forget about it - just breathe like you do every day of your life :)

Thank you, I will take the advice and try not thinking about it. I’ll give it a go next run.
