Well I have made it to the end of week 1, quite an achievement seeing I haven't run for literally decades 😊
Not sure if you will think I am cheating as I am running on a treadmill rather than outside. By the time I get home rather dark and cold to be pounding the pavements and parks. I have the treadmill on 10% incline and the speed up to 4kh . Not sure if that is any good but it is about as fast as I can go at the moment.
I’m also running inside on a treadmill because of bad weather, so I hope we’re not cheating!😅 10% incline is hard though.. I’m also finishing my first week, and until now I’ve been running at 2% incline and trying to pick up my pace more. Good job so far! And good luck at week 2 🙌🏼👏🏼
