When I go out and pass other people running, (I mean in the opposite direction - can't see me EVER lapping anyone) and give them a little nod and a wheezy 'Morning!'. I always want to ask them if they are a C25K'er.

Would be lovely if I knew they were and could give them a high five in greeting! x

I always think that too... but I say hello to everyone I pass as I run...walker or runner. Some people are going so fast I don't think they even see me as I plod along!!
