Just finished week 6 and had to look in the mirror to see if that was really me! Run for 25 mins is something it seems I can do... albeit at the same pace that the Nordic walker was going. I felt like that huge lorry on the motorway that takes 15mins to overtake .
A couple of questions for fellow runners (for the app tells me that I am a runner)
1 does anyone else feel like their legs have become weightless for a little while when running has stopped? I feel as if they have helium balloons attached, then suddenly as I walk they return to their wobbly selves.
2 does anyone else’s warm up take 20 mins. First don all the layers, next set Spotify, Fitbit , map my run and the app, next realize that a loo visit would be wise, repeat the afore mentioned again ?

About 20 mins I think here too. But 19 mins of that are working out how to put on the sports bra
I found that getting ready does get faster with practice.
Well done on the running and yes you're not alone.
As soon as I finish running and start to do my cool down walk, my legs feel all strange like they don't belong to me. Wobbly, light and sometimes tight but within a very short period of time walking, they return to normal. So you're not the only one.
And I probably take that amount time sorting myself out too.
Making sure I have my lip balm, keys, tissue, bottle of water, etc etc and not forgetting trying to get all the apps to start within seconds of one another to record my run.
