Can't believe Stephan1e and I have got this far. It seems such a long way from WK1. todays run was hard as I was a bit chesty but still managed to knock 30 seconds off last weeks WK6r3 pace. So pleased. Two more weeks to go

Slow and steady as you go... the longer runs are for relaxing into.. and letting the legs carry you gently along!
