C25K Journey

Im a 49+ years male. I started my C25K journey on 30 April 2016 and within 9 weeks I was able to run for 30 minutes continuously whereas it was a big challenge for me to run continuously for even 1 minute. My weight reduced from 95 kg to 83 kg. I believe it helped me a lot with my diabetics and high BP. I'm still a slow runner but can run longer. In 2017, I have aleady ran 1406 km till yesterday.

Happy running to all of you.

It’s great to be slimmer, fitter and I hope happier 💪👍🏃‍♂️✔️😃
