This morning i feel like a stick. Cant bend or move as i done my 1st run yestesterday and done some weights as well...ouch it hurts😉

Welcome.

Well done but it might be best to keep the the weights for your rest days, which are crucial between each run.

Depending on your base fitness, even the early weeks can have quite an impact on a body that is not used to that level of exercise. You will soon adapt though.

I did my first run on Sunday but I did the stretches on this site afterwards. Maybe that's why I hardly had an ache fortunately.

Warmup properly before excercise and stretch after runs and stretch out properly after weights..

It's probably the weights not the run. Do weights on your rest days and stretch regularly, ie every day. As your body gets used to the different movements you'll feel less stiff. Walk as that will ease the stiffness and is low impact.
