Just completed week 4 run 3 tonight and I am over the moon. My calves are still burning when i slow down to walk and my thighs are starting to hurt during the run. Any advice? Am I not stretching enough or am i going too fast. I'm not the lightest elephant in the reserve but I hope it's not due to my weight

Your making muscles work in a manner that they haven't for a long time so they will ache but every run you do makes them just that little bit stronger
