All through the C25k program, I've run the same route, listened to Sarah Millican and listened to music when running..........not tonight though ;)

Pre-run, I planned out a different 5k route, involving........Hills!....eeek!

So without music, without Sarah but with added hills - I ran and what a great run it was :)

A measured pace up the hills (that's a bit harder than running on the flat), not letting myself get carried away going downhill, steady on the flat and a bit of a sprint to the end gave me an improved 5k time of 31.39...well pleased.

It's looking good for my first Parkrun this weekend (it has a hill or two), one more run on Thursday will hopefully prepare me for Saturday morning.
