Fitted a run in today.

It’s difficult now the clocks have changed. I managed 4K after school before it got too dark for just wearing hi vis vest and having to go get daughter. Pleased with my pace. I was using this run as a try it a little faster tester as I knew I didn’t have time for 5k so could hopefully spare the breath and legs for a bit of a push. Best average pace so far and my new warmer top with higher neck and finger covers had a test run too. All good. Looking forward to 5k again next time I’m out now.

Well done for testing the cold weather gear - it really helps to keep you going! Mine is already for tomorrow’s effort back in the grime of London. Thinking a cheeky 5k would be nice...
