Just a shout-out for the running buff, another gem recommended by Oldfloss.

It was freezing this morning when I went out for

my post-grad Run (😁) and the buff was perfect.

Thinking of giving them to the daughters at Christmas!

I ran in the buff for the first time today too...I order what I thought was a pack of three but there was 6 in the parcel so I have a nice collection of them...perfect for this mornings cold weather 😊
