Ran through this beautiful forest on a new route this morning. Miscalculated how long the track would take me so ended up running last 10 minutes up a very steep road 🙁 Have to declare that some parts of it was a fast walk not a run so not completed the 25 minutes today. I never use any f... words so I’ll just do it again later in the week. 😄

Walking is good. If the hill is steep walk it! It will save a crocked ankle
